Ford Co-Pilot 360™ Safety Suite
One of the most significant changes we see to the Ford Expedition lineup for 2020 is the standardization of the Ford Co-Pilot 360™ safety suite. The now-standard driver assistance package offers a handful of advanced technologies to catch potential hazards early on and support safe driving. The shift means ALL Expedition models now feature:
- Auto High-Beam Headlamps
- Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) with Cross-Traffic Alert
- Lane Keeping System
- Lane-Keeping Assist
- Lane-Keeping Alert
- Driver Alert
- Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking
- Pedestrian Detection
- Forward Collision Warning
- Dynamic Brake Support
- Rear View Camera with washer jet
New King Ranch Trim Level
The King Ranch trim rejoins the Expedition lineup for 2020, adding a distinct flair to the interior, plus a long list of standard features. The trim adds some southern charm with special Mesa- and Ebony-colored Del Rio leather seats. This luxe cabin pampers front-row occupants with heated and ventilated 10-way seats. Slipping back to the rear seats, the cabin features power-folding, heated captain’s chairs with tip-and-slide in the second row and a PowerFold®, power recline bench seat in the third row.
The list of standard features goes on, adding a heated steering wheel, dual 4.2-inch cluster displays, the 12-speaker B&O sound system, tri-zone automatic temperature control, a Panoramic Vista Roof®, remote start, a hands-free-foot-activated liftgate and unique 22-inch 6-spoke alloy wheels.
The trim offers enhanced confidence behind the wheel with LED headlights and taillights, forward and reverse sensing, Rain-Sensing Front Wipers and a 360-Degree Camera with Split View – all in addition to the already-standard Ford Co-Pilot360™ safety suite.
