Wonderful experience. Bought new Mustang convertable completely online while sitting at a customer in New Jersy. Joe Sullivan (my salesman) and Jordan the finance guy made everything easy as can be. Picked up my car a week later. Joe had it all ready. Just grab n go. Nice people. No 'sales shenanigans'. Probably my last new car but if not, I'll definitely return to Aikins.

I have been in to many different dealerships and service centers over the years. Akins is by far the best! From professional and knowledgeable staff to a waiting area that is more than accommodating! The drink options are incredible. I joke it’s the best place to get a cup of coffee in town! (Go Night Sky coffee roasters!) I am not joking that my fiancé offered to take it in and wait for the oil change…I declined so I could have a cappuccino!

Brought my Explorer in for a water pump and Mike Sanders was my advisor. Mike is an all around great advisor. He was polite, professional and kept me up to date every step of the way. Picked up my car today and he had it waiting up front for me. I always knew what my car was needing and where it was in the process. Id also like to say thank you to Sterling for his assistance as well. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a accident in Florida I’m from Connecticut bought my truck at Akins contacted real deal Neil he set up a pick up of my truck to get back to Akins to get repaired the collision department did a fantastic job Tim and his crew are absolutely incredible my truck looks like show condition I would not have bought my truck to anyone else I can’t thank all that were involved on my repair enough this is the best dealer ship to work with from purchase to repair

Great experience. Super friendly and super fast service. Got me right in and was done faster than they said. Highly recommend service here. Previous first service was done at dealership it came from, it was horrible. I’m glad Aiken made service so easy. Gonna bring all 3 of our Rams trucks & Jeep here from now on.

This is my first time buying a car through a dealership and I could not have asked for better care! Kenny was my sales person and he was incredible!
