New Exterior Color Options
The Blue Oval keeps on the up and up for styling with three new hot exterior color options now available. New colors joining the lineup for the 2020 model year include Race Red, Iconic Silver and Rapid Red Metallic. These new choices join a collection of returning paint colors carried over from 2019, including Saber, Magnetic, Shadow Black, Lightning Blue, White Platinum Metallic and Oxford White. Colors Ingot Silver and Hot Pepper Red Metallic have been deleted from the line.
New Ranger FX2 Package
As it is with the rest of the Ford truck line, the 2020 Ford Ranger goes heavy on customization and capability options. New for 2020, owners can take their 4×2 truck to the next level with the new Ranger FX2 Package.
The Ranger FX2 Package gets a full roster of capability upgrades, adding on an electronic-locking rear differential, off-road tires, off-road-tuned suspension, front underbody guard, off-road cluster screen and more. The front underbody guard and air dam-delete fashion a tougher appearance while shielding vital components and improving approach angles. The FX2 Package rides on a set of 17- or available 18-inch off-road tires. From the driver’s seat, Ford’s off-road cluster screen sits within the gauge cluster and displays pitch, roll and yaw in real time.
