New for 2021, the Ford Expedition STX is the two-row twin to the Ford Expedition SUV. Aside from the deleted third row, headroom, legroom, and shoulder room proportions are the same as in the original. Behind the second-row seats is a massive, flat, open cargo area measuring 57.5 cubic feet.

2021 Ford Expedition MAX
The 2021 Ford Expedition MAX is the extended-wheelbase version of the Ford Expedition full-size SUV. At 221.9 inches long, the Expedition MAX is about a foot longer than the original. Most of the SUV’s added length is shown in its cargo area, which holds 16.9 cubic feet more cargo. (That’s 36.0 cubic feet total if you don’t want to do the math.) However, the Expedition MAX is nearly identical to the original in passenger space, save for a minimal increase in third-row headroom and shoulder room.
