2021 Ford Mustang: Top Speed, HP & Torque

The 2021 Ford Mustang EcoBoost provides 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. Whereas the Mustang GT provides 460 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque. The Mustang Mach 1 provides 480 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque.

The 2021 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 offers a maximum output of 760 horsepower and 625 pound-feet of torque. The 2021 Mustang Shelby GT500 has a DOHC Ti-VCT port fuel injection V8 and a 2.65L supercharger that offers a top speed of 180 mph.

2021 Ford Mustang Engine Specs

There are three engine options available for the new 2021 Ford Mustang. The first one is the turbocharged 2.3-liter EcoBoost I-4 engine found under the hood of 2021 Ford Mustang EcoBoost models. This engine features a horsepower rating of 310 and a torque rating of 350 lb.-ft. But with the high-performance package, the horsepower output goes up to 330 HP. The next one is the 5.0-liter Ti-VCT V8 engine available under the hood of the 2021 Ford Mustang GT, and the 2021 Ford Mustang Bullitt. Both models feature a torque rating of 420 lb.-ft., though the 2021 Mustang GT features a horsepower rating of 460 HP while the 2021 Mustang Bullitt features a horsepower rating of 480 HP.
