For 2023, the Escape includes updated styling, new technology, and improvements on the currently available powertrains. The most noticeable changes are on the front end, where Ford has moved the blue oval logo directly to the center of the grille instead of above. This change makes Escape’s design more in line with Ford models like the Mustang and Explorer. The ST-Line Elite and ST-Line Select are two new trim levels debuting in 2023. The most notable external change for both of these models is that all the otherwise unpainted plastic cladding will come in the exterior color.
