As we mentioned, the 2017 Ford Fusion comes with a wide array of advanced new safety features. These include pothole mitigation technology, regenerative braking with brake coach, a voice-activated navigation system, inflatable rear safety belts and a rear view camera.

The new Ford Fusion has a slew of advanced new driver assistance systems working in conjunction with the aforementioned safety features. These include pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection, enhanced active park assist with parallel and reverse perpendicular parking capabilities, the blind spot information system, cross-traffic alert, a lane-keeping system and adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality.
