The 2020 Ford Edge’s standard engine is a turbocharged, twin-scroll 2.0L EcoBoost® engine, which kicks off the lineup at 250 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. The engine rates are at 21 cities, 29 highways with standard FWD, or 21 cities, 28 with the available AWD system. Standard automatic stop/start technology helps to save fuel in stop-and-go conditions by cutting engine power while idling.

The impressive engine can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under 6 seconds, giving the Edge ST claim to the title of Ford’s quickest-ever ST model. The engine rates are at 19 city and 26 highway with the trim’s standard Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system.
