The new Ford F-150 an acknowledgement in the IIHS Top Safety Pick for its available front crash prevention technology. This includes the Adaptive Cruise Control and Forward Collision Warnings available on some trim levels. This system will automatically regulate your cruise control speed based on the vehicle in front of you, and will pre-charge the brakes if it senses an immanent accident.
